SALES TEAM AND CHEFS
Our doors first opened in 1988 in a small shop in Browns Mills, NJ. Then, three moves later in 1997 with a higher demand for desserts Gennaro Annunziato built a 10,000 square foot building in Eastampton, NJ. We have very talented chefs working for our company, Master Pastry Chef Michel Gehin from France and Executive Pastry Chef Kellyann Kelly who has been with us since the age 15. We also have a great Sales Manager Peter Flanagan, who has been with us for more than 20 years. Our clients include restaurants, hotels, caterers, and casinos in the tri-state area who strive to satisfy their customers with sweet cravings.
